New construction of a 3-story shophouse (ruko) in a strategic commercial area of Depok. The ground floor is designed for retail use, the second floor for office space, and the third floor as a residential unit. Total building area of 300m².
We handled the complete construction from foundation to finishing, including structural work, MEP installations, facade design, and interior fit-out. The building was completed with all necessary permits and certifications, ready for commercial use.
